Factors affecting of Integrity and transparency performanc of community hospitals. Under the Phetchabun Provincial Public Health Office Of stakeholders receiving outpatient service, year 2021
Abstract
This research aimed to study the factors, as well as compare the differences of each factor, that will affect the integrity and transparency of community hospitals, under the Phetchabun Provincial Public Health Office, on stakeholders in receiving outpatient services in 2021. The research conducted by collecting data through a questionnaire on an integrity and transparency of the operations done by community hospitals in Phetchabun Province. The data was analyzed by an automatic computer software. A general data were analyzed by frequency distribution and percentage. The data of opinions on moral operations and transparency was analyzed with statistics on the centralizing tendency measurement, e.g., average (Mean) and standard deviation (SD), t-test and F-test
Results of the research revealed that most of the samples were female of 63% of the total, with age between 20-40 years of 45.8%, with a bachelor's degree of 48.8%, having an average monthly income between 5,000 - 10,000 Baht of 32.5%, having reasons for coming to the hospital as a patient wanting to meet a doctor of 27.0%. The group of samples had an attitude and opinions on the operations on integrity and transparency at the level of very good in all 4 aspects, (Mean) = 3.25 – 3.50 and SD= .528 - .732). Personal factors, gender, age, education level, average monthly income and type of service were statistically affected, significantly at .05, with attitude and opinions on the integrity and transparency of the operation of community hospitals in Phetchabun Province statistically. The group of samples with different personal characteristics, i.e., gender, age, educational level, average monthly income, as well as receiving different types of services, differently had attitudes and opinions on operations on moral and Transparency of Community Hospitals, under the Phetchabun Provincial Public Health Office. In conclusion, the hypothesis is true.
