This research was a Participatory Action Research (PAR) aims to study knowledge and understanding of medical personnel in caring for patients with bloodstream infections. and to study a form of participatory care for patients with bloodstream infections. Khao Wong Hospital There is a period of study between October 2021 to September 2022, totaling 12 months. Sample size 52 consisted of medical personnel taking care of patients with bloodstream infections. Khao Wong Hospital, subjects by purposive sampling method. Collect data from medical records and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F - test by one way ANOVA technique, Dependent t - test.
The results of the study revealed that knowledge and comprehensive of medical personnel in caring for patients with bloodstream infections. and to study a form of participatory care for patients with bloodstream infections. Khao Wong Hospital after operation overall and side at the highest level. Knowledge and comprehensive of medical personnel in caring for patients with bloodstream infections and to study a form of participatory care for patients with bloodstream infections. As a result, bloodstream infection severity and fatality rates among patients are below the standards established by the Ministry of Public Health.
