Vaccination Data Management Program by Platform Kalasin Ready

Abstract

     This research was action research aimed to study the COVID-19 vaccine management system and study the COVID-19 vaccination data management program by Platform Kalasin promt with It is an action research on the development of the Kalasin promt Platform system from March 2021 to July 2021, totaling 5 months. Sample size were persons in charge of COVID-19 vaccination information centers at the district level, 18 locations, 2 people each, totaling 36 people. Data were collected from databases and questionnaires. data analysis by Content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

     The study found that Platform Kalasin promt was request for vaccination who want to receive and consent to vaccination representing 100 %. Data from June 30 - October 14, 2021, of 2,882 people, all of whom needed AstraZeneca vaccination, accounting for 77.31% (2,228 people), wanting Sinovac vaccination, representing 8.85% (255 people).  And would like to reserve a queue for any vaccination, 399 people, representing 13.84 percent, understanding of the service of the system of the person responsible for the COVID-19 Immunization Information Center as a whole before implementation. at a high level after operations are at the highest level. And when comparing the understanding of the service of the system of the person in charge of the COVID-19 vaccination information center before and after operation There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level (p – value < .000), where the mean score was higher after the operation.
