This research was a descriptive research to study factors affecting unintended pregnancy among adolescent girls. Nakhon Phanom Province The sample is Adolescent girls in Nakhon Phanom Province were 3,698 people divided into 1,432 formerly pregnant and 2,266 non-pregnant groups. The research tools were general information questionnaires. A questionnaire on factors affecting pregnancy in adolescent girls and willing to participate in the research. The study was conducted between April and August 2018 for a total period of 5 months. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, comparison and size between population variables. Tests for differences in proportions were tested with Chi-square statistics. Significance was set at P<0.05. Prevalence ratios were calculated.
