Model of Health Behaviors changing in Patients with Diabetes and Hypertension by participatory, Nong Hin Subdistrict, Nong Kung Sri District, Kalasin Province.

Abstract

This research was participatory action research (PAR) aimed to study understanding and health behaviors in patients with diabetes and high blood pressure and to study a participatory study of health behavior modification in patients with diabetes and hypertension. Ban Nong Hin Subdistrict Nong Kung Si District, Province, with a period of study between October 2021 to September 2022, totaling 12 months. Sample size were 60 people with diabetes and high blood pressure Ban Nong Hin Health Promoting Hospital Nong Kung Si District Kalasin Province by selecting specific and voluntarily participate in the project collect data from questionnaires. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Distribution of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

           The results of the study showed that the understanding and behavior of diabetic patients. Ban Nong Hin Health Promoting Hospital Before organizing the activity, it was found that the overall understanding was at a moderate level. and behavior of diabetic patients overall and side at fair level After the activities, the overall understanding was at the highest level. Behavior of diabetic patients at a very appropriate level.
