Abstract

This research is action research with research objectives. To study knowledge, understanding, perception and behavior of surveillance, prevention and control. Tuberculosis in the community of community leaders and to study patterns of promoting knowledge, understanding, perception and behavior, surveillance, prevention and control Tuberculosis in the community of community leaders in Nong Hin Sub-district, Nong Kung Si District Kalasin Province The study period is from May 2022 to September 2022, totaling 5 months. Saple size were 90 community leaders in Nong Hin Sub-district, Nong Kung Si District Kalasin Province. Collect data from questionnaires and analyze the data by content analysis Distribution of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

           The results of the study showed that the understanding of surveillance, prevention, and control of tuberculosis in communities in Nong Hin sub-district, Nong Kung Si district Kalasin Province before proceeding overall and side moderate after operation overall and side at the highest level Awareness of surveillance, prevention, and control of tuberculosis in communities in Nong Hin sub-district, Nong Kung Si district.
