Abstract

     This research was action research aimed to study the skills for enhancing health literacy and health behaviors in the community of community leaders and to study the skills development for enhancing health literacy and health behaviors in the community of community leaders. Ban Khue Health Promoting Hospital Kuchinarai District Kalasin Province There is a study period between March 2022 to July 2022, totaling 5 months. Sample size were 80 community Leader, Ban Kui Health Promoting Hospital Kuchinarai District Kalasin Province, collect data from questionnaires. Data analysis by Content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

     The results of the study showed that the skills for enhancing health literacy and health behaviors in the community of community leaders Ban Khue Health Promoting Hospital Kuchinarai District Kalasin Province Before the overall and individual aspects were at a high level, except for the search process. Choose to use information, knowledge about health problems guidelines for Health Care Management was moderate level. After operation Overall and each aspect was at the highest level. and when comparing skills for enhancing health literacy and community health behaviors of community leaders Ban Khue Health Promoting Hospital Kuchinarai District Kalasin Province Before and after overall and individual operations There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level (p – value < .000), where the mean score was higher after the operation.
