Factors associated with readiness application to the regulations of the prime minister's office of the district quality development

This cross-sectional study aims to determine the perception, the readiness application and factors associated with readiness application to the regulations of the prime minister's office of the district quality development B.E. 2561. The sample was 251 of the committee of the district quality development. Data was collected by the questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, Chi-square test and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
The study result found that 76.59% of participants had over the age of 45, 76.59% were marriage status, 82.94% had received bachelor's degree, 43.02% were ministry of public health staff, 76.98% had average income between 31000-40000 bath, 49.40 had years’ experience between 21-39 years, 30.16% had DHS had years’ experience between 3-4 years, 28.17 were the committee of the district quality development (government agency representative). The perception, the readiness application and factors associated with readiness application to the regulations of the prime minister's office of the district quality development B.E. 2561 were high and moderate, respectively. The personal factors include age, operational unit, years’ experience, DHS years’ experience and the committee of the district quality development related to the readiness application to the regulations of the prime minister's office of the district quality development with statistical significance at the p-value <0.05. The perception of the regulations of the prime minister's office of the district quality development related to the readiness application to the regulations of the prime minister's office of the district quality development with statistical significance at the p-value <0.05.
