Abstract

     This research was research and development aimed to study of the application of telemedicine to support health care for chronically ill patients. and develop a model for the application of telemedicine to support the health care of patients with chronic diseases community hospital Bueng Kan Province have a study period Between October 2020 - September 2022, total 24 months. Sample size were 177 personnel involved in the development of a telemedicine application model to support health care for patients with chronic diseases. Bueng Kan Province. Collecting data from questionnaires and databases. data analysis by Content Analysis Distribution of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation Dependent t – test Independent t – test F – test by Two way ANOVA technique and F – test by Two way MANOVA technique.

     The study found that Results of telemedicine service arrangement (Telemedicine) to support the health care of patients with chronic diseases, overall hospitals have exceeded 100 percent, both in hospitals. and sub-district health promotion hospitals.
