Abstract

     This research is action research. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the outcomes of the developed model. The sample consisted of ectopic pregnant women undergoing surgery. Twenty-nine people were selected by purposive sampling and conducted the study during January-December 2022. anxiety test satisfaction questionnaire and the abbreviated version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale in Thai version. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and Wilcoxon Signed-ranks Test.

     The results of the study consisted of providing knowledge and guidelines for treatment. In the preoperative period, patients receive information from nurses on an individual basis. Individualized postoperative care Visiting patients 1-2 days after surgery, monitoring complications from surgery and general anesthesia, which is a phase in which patients have no side effects of painkillers in surgery. Knowledge of the side effects of anesthesia was provided, there were assessments and group activities in which the team joined together to ask questions and exchange opinions from the building nurses. and group activities where the team joins in asking questions and exchanging opinions from the building nurses. and operating room nurses. It was found that the knowledge level of the sample group after receiving information on preparation before and after surgery, the sample group had a good knowledge score of 100 percent. As for anxiety, it was found that The mean anxiety scores before (Mean 7.34, S.D. 1.67) and after the experiment (Mean 5.03, S.D. 0.98) were significantly different (Z = -1.482, p-value = 0.138). Satisfaction with the services of ectopic pregnant women requiring elective surgery as an overall average of 85%.
