Covid -19 Handling Process in Tyson Poultry (Thailand) Factory

This study was a participatory action research. (Participatory Action Research: PAR) aims to Study the context and situation of the outbreak of Covid-19 in the Tyson Poultry (Thailand) factory and study the Covid-19 management process in the Tyson Poultry (Thailand) factory for a period of study between months. April 2021 - September 2021, a total of 6 months. The sample group consisted of employees in Tyson Poultry (Thailand) factories, divided into factories 2,4,5, with each factory having a total number of 4,533 workers. Data were collected from questionnaires. data analysis by Content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Dependent t – test and F – test by one way ANOVA technique.
The results of the study showed that the situation of the disease outbreak and the management of disease prevention and control found that 29.73% of COVID-19 patients had health knowledge of workers in Tyson Poultry (Thailand) factories 2, 4, 5 and total Before operation (April 2021) overall and each aspect moderate After operations (September 2021) is at the highest level. and health literacy and employee opinions on readiness to manage risk of disease and health threats Covid -19 in Tyson Poultry (Thailand) factories 2, 4, 5 and total. before and after operation The overall and each aspect were significantly different at the .05 level, with the mean score being higher after the operation.
