Abstract

     This 2-case study aims to develop nursing care for newborns whose mothers use amphetamines. and to study the effects of nursing newborns whose mothers used amphetamines. using case management The case study was an infant born in Somdet Hospital. The study was conducted from 1 November - 30 December 2022. The conceptual framework used in this study was the case management model. which is a specific form of nursing Babies born to mothers who use amphetamines are a vulnerable group of infants who are complex to care for. Giving mothers and families information on how to properly raise their newborn babies Discharge planning that allows mothers and families to participate in the planning of continuation of care. Forward information to agencies The district health hospital where infants and mothers stay for continuous home visits with Family Public Health Volunteers (Concept 3 Doctors).

     The study found that newborns whose mothers used amphetamine drugs No complications while taking care Mothers and families continue to cooperate in taking care of the babies. and have confidence in raising newborns whose mothers use amphetamines and nurses who provided nursing knowledge on nursing newborns whose mothers used amphetamine substances. and the mean satisfaction of professional nurses to nursing newborns whose mothers use amphetamine drugs: a case study at a very good level.
