Abstract

     This study was case study with the objective To provide guidelines for creating a dialysis teaching program for new peritoneal dialysis patients. and nursing guidelines for peritoneal dialysis patients with peritonitis, study methods This study is a specific case study of 2 patients who were admitted to Kalasin Hospital between October 2023 and November 2023. Related literature and research were reviewed. Use data to analyze nursing care plans and lead to nursing practice. .Summarize the results of the study to collect information and problems encountered in patient care in order to find solutions.

     The results of the study found that both peritoneal dialysis patients presented with the same abdominal pain and cloudy dialysis solution. The doctor provided treatment by admitting him to the hospital to give antibiotics. It was found that the first patient's treatment did not respond to the medication. Therefore, it was necessary to end the treatment with peritoneal dialysis and change to treatment with dialysis. Blood with hemodialysis machine The second patient responded to antibiotic treatment. As a result, the symptoms improved accordingly. The doctor then discharged the patient home.
