Results of using the visitation plan for visiting gallbladder gallstone surgery patients by Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy to anxiety levels and complications Kumphawapi Hospital.

Abstract

      This study was Quasi experiment by One- group pre-test post-test. The objective was to study the level of anxiety and complications of patient undergoes surgery for gallstones via Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and study visiting patients who have had gallstone surgery via Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. on anxiety levels and complications of Kumphawapi Hospital. The research period is between September - December 2023, a total of 4 months. Sample size were 40 patients who had gallbladder gallstone surgery via Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Data were collected from questionnaires and medical records. Data analyzed by Content analysis (Content Analysis) frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

      The results of the study found that the level of anxiety and complications of The patient undergoes surgery for gallstones via Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Kumphawapi Hospital before proceeding overall at a high level after operation Overall it is at a low level. and anxiety levels and complications of patient undergoes surgery for gallstones via Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Kumphawapi Hospital Before and after the operation were significantly different at the .05 level with post-operation anxiety levels and complications The patient undergoes video-guided gallbladder surgery for gallstones. (Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy) Kumphawapi Hospital has decreased values.
