Abstract

     The purpose of this case study was study the nursing care of two pregnant women who used amphetamine during pregnancy who received delivery services in the delivery room at Sahatsakhan Hospital. Data were collected through interviews, observation, physical examination and data from patient medical records and were analyzed. Define nursing diagnosis Provide nursing care according to the nursing process Evaluate nursing care and summarize the results of the comparative study of 2 cases.

     The results of the study found that Pregnant women who use amphetamines are at higher risk of premature birth. Risk of postpartum hemorrhage Babies are more likely to suffer from hypoxia during birth and after birth. You may stop breathing or die. In this study When the delivery room nurse is notified from the screening point that a pregnant mother is in labor pains There is no preparation of blood compounds. resuscitation equipment and personnel trained in postpartum assessment of mothers and infants to prepare for the situation in a timely manner. Results of nursing care during delivery and after giving birth: no postpartum hemorrhage. The baby had no withdrawal symptoms. Found a problem of low birth weight. Strong, active body, able to suckle mother's milk after giving birth. The mother and baby were hospitalized after giving birth for 3 days and the doctor allowed them to go home.
