Abstract

     This research It is action research. To study the results of using the model “Invite your child not to get pregnant again” to prevent repeat pregnancy in women younger than 20 years of age, Rasi Salai District. The study was conducted in 2 rounds by applying the theory of health belief model. It is used to prevent repeated pregnancy in teenagers. The sample group was divided into an experimental group of 20 people, a control group of 20 people. Purposive sampling was used, with the control group receiving standard repeat pregnancy prevention services. The experimental group received services to prevent repeated pregnancy according to the developed model. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a CVI value of 1. Data were analyzed using descriptive, Chi-square test, Mann-whitney U test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and content analysis.

      The results of the study found that awareness of health promotion to prevent repeat pregnancy among teenagers. There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group that received services according to the program and the control group that received services according to the original standards. Perception of health promotion to prevent repeat pregnancy in teenagers was significantly related to postpartum contraception use. The experimental group receiving services according to the developed program for postpartum birth control was significantly more than the control group receiving services according to the original standards. Suggestions: The "Encourage your younger sibling not to get pregnant again" model to prevent repeated pregnancies in women under 20 years of age, developed together with awareness of health promotion, should be applied. This is because birth control can be added after giving birth to prevent repeat teenage pregnancies.
