This research was quasi-experimental research, one group pre-posttest, with the objective of evaluating the effectiveness of the discharge planning program on knowledge and self-care behavior of patients with bacterial diseases. eat meat At the male surgical ward 1 Male surgery ward 2 and female surgery ward Nong Khai Hospital Nong Khai Province Between October 2023 and December 2023, there were 28 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of personal information. Self-care knowledge and behavior Data were analyzed using percentage statistics, averaging. and standard deviation and Paired t-test.
The results of the study found that the mean knowledge and self-care behavior scores after the experiment of the experimental group were higher than before the experiment. with statistical significance (p < .05).
