Development of participatory care processes for diabetes patients Chai Badan District Lopburi Province

Abstract

     This study was research and development aimed to study health behavior. The health conditions and context
of diabetic patients and study the development of diabetic care processes through participation. Chai Badan District
Lopburi Province There is a period of study. Between October 2023 - September 2024, a total of 24 months, collecting data from databases and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Dependent t – test and F – test with One way ANOVA technique.
     The results of the study found that Phase 1 Research phase: health conditions and health behaviors of diabetic
patients, Sub Sai Subdistrict, Chai Badan District Lopburi Province Before operation There were 11.76 percent of diabetic patients whose sugar levels were controlled normally after the operation, 15.03 percent. Overall and each aspect is at the highest level and comparison of health behaviors of diabetic patients and comprehensive of behavior of diabetic patients of health network partners, Sub Sai Subdistrict, Chai Badan District Lopburi Province Before and after the operation, it was found that overall and each aspect were significantly different at the 0.05 level. After the operation, there were health behaviors of diabetic patients in Sub Sai Subdistrict, Chai Badan District. Lopburi Province Better before operation. Phase 2 Expansion phase: Overall and each aspect is at the highest level in every sub-district. Health behavior and comprehensive of health behavior of diabetic patients between sub-district health promotion hospitals Before and after the operation, it was found that there was a statistical significant difference at the 0.05 level. After the operation Health behaviors of diabetic patients has a higher average score than before the operation and health conditions of diabetic patients Chai Badan District Lopburi Province After operation Better than before the operation
