Nursing System Management in Filed Hospital King Narai Hospital, Lop-buri Province.

This study was action research with the objective of studying the management of the nursing service system in a field hospital. Phra Narai Maharat Hospita King Narai Hospital (Field Hospital 1st Staff Battalion and Phra Bat Nam Phu Hospital) by studying at King Narai Hospital, then established the first field hospital at the 1st Staff Battalion in Ananda Mahidol Hospital. (June - November 2021) number of 120 beds, later found to be insufficient to provide services. Therefore, the second Wat Phra Bat Nam Phu field hospital was established (October 2021-March 2022), with 250 beds, to collect data by extracting lessons learned. Data were analyzed by content analysis (Content Analysis).
The results of the study found that the provision of nursing services Consists of 2 important components: 1. Nursing administration 2. Nursing practice The first component, nursing administration, includes nursing leaders, personnel, knowledge and ability, quantity, structure and mechanisms. Governance of standards/ethics Supervision/supervision Promote quality development Promote the use of the nursing process Promote clinical decision making Manage knowledge and research, coordinate organization level cooperation, risk management Component 2: Nursing practice includes using the nursing process. Respect patients' rights, professional ethics, academic standards/information, patient health conditions. nursing skills, improvement resulting in
1. Number of people infected with coronavirus 2019 who were completely treated according to the guidelines and were discharged = 3046 people (99.54 percent)
2. Number of people infected with Coronavirus 2019 who were referred for treatment at Phra Narai Maharat Hospital = 14 people (0.45 percent)
3. The 2019 coronavirus infection rate of 2 personnel on duty (out of 28 people) is 7.14 percent.
