A Model Environmentally Friendly Management of Land Parcel Delivery for Small and Medium Enterprises in Thailand Model of environmentally friendly domestic small land parcel transport

Abstract

     This research was action research. The objectives of this study were  1) to study the problems of transporting small land parcels within the country, 2) to develop model for transporting small land parcels within the country that is environmentally friendly, and 3) to study the opinions of entrepreneurs. Store employee Parcel delivery personnel following the mode of parcel transport via small land within the country that is environmentally friendly. Population using In the research were employees of the land parcel delivery business in Samut Prakan Province 300 places, the sample group that provided important information interviewed was 90 people using Quota selection method. The instrument used in the research from, interviews guide and opinion questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and F-test, Qualitative data were Analyze by content analysis.
     The research results revealed that 1) most of the problems in the domestic land parcel delivery service business were found to be:  management system, inefficient transportation, vehicles and equipment, operation personnel and office building side for parcel delivery services,   2) a model environmentally friendly management of land parcel delivery for small and medium enterprises in thailand was considered at a high level by those submitting qualification, and 3) the total opinions of store employee, parcel delivery personal in a model environmentally friendly management of land parcel delivery for small and medium enterprises in thailand at a high level.
