A Development of Clinical Nursing Practice Guideline for Mastectomy Patient at Female Surgery Department Udonthani Hospital

Abstract

     This action research was aimed at developing nursing practices, breast surgical patients, women's surgery department Udonthani hospital, and the satisfaction of nurses, surgeon-specific patients in patient care. The sample group is a professional nurse who works in a women's surgery department, 20 people. The Agree II

clinical quality assessment tool and satisfaction questionnaire with the practice of professional nurses. The content is validity to 0.83, realiability is 0.7. Data collected between March 2565 and August 2565 are analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation.
      The research results found that, the total sample group was female (100%), they were 26-30 years old(45%), The youngest sample was 23 years old, the oldest was 45 years old, and the average age was 29.The duration of the operation was between 1-5 years(45%). Probability of implementing nursing practices. It was found that, overall, there was a likelihood of introducing nurse practices into practice(77.86%) of the categories with the most probability of applying nurse practice were category 4(80.71%). The category with the least probability of applying nursing practices was category 2. The participation of the participant was disadvantaged(79.29%).The satisfaction of the nurses, the practitioners with the care of the patient was found to be very satisfactory with the introduction of nurser practices to the patient's care in the overall picture. (=4.34,S.D. = 0.50) .Classified as side-specific. Found that the most satisfactory side was the appropriateness and value to the agency at a very high level (=4.45, S.D. = 0.51) The least satisfaction is in terms of quality(=4.20, S.D. = 0.52)
