The Evaluation of Khao Suan Kwang Sub-district Municipality elderly school , Khao Suan Kwang District, Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

     This research was survey research analyzed by mixed method. The objective was to evaluate the results of the Khao Suan Kwang sub-district municipality elderly school project at Khao Suan Kwang District, Khon Kaen Province The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique, consisting of 15 personnel involved in the Elderly School project and 140 students of the Elderly School. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis and quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics.
     The context of elderly school project is appropriate in line with the context of the elderly in the area, in terms of input, it was found that the policy has clear operational guidelines and is adequately funded with budget and resources. In terms of process, it was found that communication of operational guidelines and roles was moderate , and the elderly were less involved in the preparation of teaching and learning courses. In terms of output, it was found that 93.5 percent of graduates had desirable characteristics . In terms of effectiveness, it was found that the objectives were achieved. There is a school identity. It was found that the majority of the elderly were high satisfied with the elderly school project. 77.9 percent.
