The purpose of this research is to study the situation of caring for the elderly. Models of care for the elderly and development of care for the elderly at Chivapiban Clinic, Bang Pa In District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, This research is in the form of action research, totaling 200 participants. Analytical methods encompass descriptive statistics (percentages, frequencies, means, and standard deviations), supplemented by inferential statistics such as the Wilcoxon Matched Paired Signed Rank Test, Qualitative data are subjected to comprehensive content analysis and discourse exchanges.
The research findings of elderly patients were female (71.0%) and 80 years of age or older (52.0%). A comparison of caring for health behavior at home by caregivers found that before participating in the activity elderly caregivers in Chivapiban Clinic Have healthy behaviors at the caregiver's home at a moderate level But after participating in the activity Home health care behavior of caregivers at a good level Assessment of daily activities for the elderly Using the ADL assessment form, it was found that after participating in the activity, the average ADL score increased. and data analysis of differences in assessment of daily activities (ADL) of the elderly. Before and after participating in the activity, it was found that the results of the assessment of daily activities (ADL) of the elderly There is a median difference of 0 before and after participating in the activity, which is statistically significantly different at the 0.05 level. The 95% CI confidence interval of the median difference is -1 to 0.
