Evaluation of the strategic health development plan of the Trang Provincial Public Health Office, fiscal year 2024.

Abstract

     This study was survey research aimed to study the evaluation of the health development strategic plan of the Trang Provincial Public Health Office, fiscal year 2024.. The sample group is 147 personnel working or involved in policy and planning in the fiscal year 2024. The research tool is an online questionnaire consisting of 6 parts: personal factors, knowledge, participation. Evaluation of strategic plans according to the CIPP Model framework, output of indicators and recommendations for driving the strategic health development plan of the Trang Provincial Public Health Office, fiscal year 2024. Data was analyzed using ready-made computer programs. Statistics Used include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient.
     The results of the research found that the majority had a moderate level of knowledge, 60.54 percent, a moderate level of participation (Mean = 3.22, S.D.= 0.85), a moderate level of strategic plan evaluation according to the CIPP Model framework (Mean=3.45, S.D.=0.47). Productivity level indicators must be improved 44.44% passed the criteria. The results of the analysis of differences in personal factors include gender, age, education level, job position, work agency, length of service, experience in planning planning. and channels for acknowledging policies and plans and driving strategic plans, it was found that there were no differences. Except for the history of training in policy and planning. There is a difference (t=3.556, p-value =0.001) with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The results of the correlation analysis found that knowledge was not related to the strategic plan (r=-0.090,p-value=0.276) with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
