Effect of program Integrated care for elderly in Sungaipadi Hospital, Narathiwat Province

This research is quasi-experimental research. Aim to study results of integrated care program for elderly in Sungaipadi Hospital Narathiwat Province. Study times was during in October - December 2022, total 3 months. Sample group was 145 elderly people and house care giver. Research tools included integrated elderly care program, General information interview, Barthel ADL Index, Thai Geriatric Depression (TGDS) and Satisfaction assessment form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, percentages, medians and comparing mean scores before and after with inferential statistics by paired t-test.
Results of the study found most of the problems in elderly include difficulty walking and knee pain 26.21% followed by problems with vision 24.14% and memory problems 10.34% respectively after participating in the program for period of 3 months was found activities of daily living (ADL) increased, sadness in elderly (TGDS) decreased, and satisfaction increased of statistical significance .05 (t = 5.82, 2.88, 7.23).
