Development of continuous home care service model (Home Ward) with the participation of the community health service network in Kalasin Province.

Abstract

     This study was research and development project (Research and Development) with the objective of studying the context of the situation of continuing care for patients at home (Home Ward) in Kalasin Province and studying the development of a service system model for continuous care for patients at home (Home Ward). The sample group included hospital personnel involved in caring for patients receiving treatment in the continuous patient care service system at home (Home Ward). of hospitals in Kalasin Province During the period October 2023 - March 2024 in 7 disease groups, data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by Content analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Dependent t - test, F - test with One way ANOVA technique and pairwise comparison by Scheffe's technique.
    The results of the study found that after the operation, there were service units registered and passed the evaluation of the provision of inpatient care services at the Home ward.
