This study is a case study. The objective was to study the problem and nursing care of the patient with multiple injuries who have a head and a chest injury with multiple fractures. This patient is a 27-year-old male who had an accident while driving a motorcycle and crashing into the back of a 10-wheel truck. This study found that an important problem in the period of examination and treatment of the nursing for emergency medical services includes patients with airway obstruction due to decreased consciousness, Decreased level of consciousness due to head and brain injuries, and Loss of blood from lacerations wounds to the head and chin. Receive nursing care by opening the airway and oxygen therapy, and stop bleeding by pressure directly on the wound. The period of examination and treatment of nursing for accident and emergency patients includes decreased level of consciousness due to bleeding in the brain, right pneumothorax, and facial and left clavicle fracture. Nursing care includes preventing increased intracranial pressure, assisting the doctor with intubation and oxygen therapy, consultation with a neurosurgeon, and preparing and sending a patient for surgery to remove a blood clot in the brain. assist the doctor with inserting chest drains and ensuring they work efficiently, prevent and monitor airway obstruction from facial fractures, and take an arm sling at the left arm so that the Immobilization. After receiving examination and treatment the nursing the patient's level of consciousness and neurological symptoms improved, with no increase in intracranial pressure, no airway obstruction and there were no complications from the clavicle fracture, the patient received surgery according to the treatment plan and the patient was safe from the surgery.
