Nursing Care for Patients With Septic Shock at Emergency Department : Two Case Studies.

This study was case study aimed to study the disease progression, nursing diagnoses, nursing practices, and nursing outcomes in patients with septic shock in the emergency department. The comparison is made between 2 patients with septic shock in the emergency department who were admitted to Somdej Hospital from 1 May 2024 to 31 October 2024.
The results of the study found that both patients received care for the occurrence of septic shock, pathology, symptoms and signs, treatment, nursing problems and diagnoses. Both case studies had anxiety because the patients and family members had to face problems with the patients' illnesses. They had to provide information on medical treatment and support to the families as needed.
