The development of work using the "systematic" approach integrated with the principles of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) utilized technology to connect various departments within the General Administration of the Chai Nat Provincial Public Health

Abstract

     This research was action research with the objective of improving and developing the work of the general administration group to be efficient under the GRC principles and using network technology that is linked in related work and creating guidelines for the work of the general administration group that can be applied to agencies under the Chainat Provincial Public Health Office. The population includes personnel with workloads and responsibilities in the general administration group, Chainat Provincial Public Health Office during the period from June 2021 - June 2024. Data were collected from the reporting system and analyzed by content analysis.
     The study results found that 1) a comparison between accounting data in the GFMIS system and data collected from supporting evidence as of 30 September 2021, it was found that the total difference from the comparison was equal to 860,715,724.68 baht, accounting for 39% of the total debit and credit results in the GFMIS system. 2) a comparison between accounting data in the GFMIS system and data collected from supporting evidence as of 30 June 2024, which is the data after the correction was made. According to the specified guidelines, it was found that the total difference from the comparison was 109,866,609.20 baht, which is 10.15% of the total debit and credit in the GFMIS system. 3) The correction of data errors in the GFMIS system of the Chai Nat Provincial Public Health Office was successfully corrected by 28.85%. The remaining 10.15% that have not been found are expected to be completed after the annual inventory inspection in 2024 because there will be another asset count.
