This research aims to 1) Study the level of health promotion behavior in diabetic patients. 2) Study the health promotion behavior in diabetic patients. using family and community as the basis in responsibility of Hat Phaeng Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Si Songkhram District Nakhon Phanom Province This is survey research that analyzes data using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The population is 65 diabetic patients who were purposively selected. The method between quantitative and qualitative tools used in this research include a questionnaire on health promotion behaviors for diabetic patients and small group discussions Data were analyzed using mean, percentage, and standard deviation. Synthesize knowledge using content analysis techniques. Compose the points.
The research results found that 1) Level of health promotion behavior in diabetic patients in the area of responsibility of Hat Phaeng Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Si Songkhram District Nakhon Phanom Province Overall it is at a high level (=3.83, S.D.=0.69) 2) Having a family that understands And promoting health care for diabetic patients will be an important factor in helping patients control their disease. and have a good quality of life in the long run, whether in terms of physical or mental health and the community and promote the health of diabetic patients at the community level, in addition to helping diabetic patients receive better care. It can also create a healthy community.
