Model of enhancing community operations comprehension for Community Core at Ban Khamin Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Subdistrict Pha Sueay Somdet District, Kalasin Province.

Abstract

     This study was action research. The objectives are to study the understanding of the operation of a livable community of community leaders, Ban Khamin Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Pha Sawoei Subdistrict, Somdet District, Kalasin Province, and to study the model for enhancing the understanding of the operation of a livable community of community leaders, Ban Khamin Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Pha Sawoei Subdistrict, Somdet District, Kalasin Province. The study period is between September 2024 and December 2024, a total of 4 months. Data were collected from questionnaires and medical records. Data were analyzed using content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Dependent t-test.
     Results of the study: comprehension of the implementation of a livable community by community leaders of Ban Khamin Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Pha Suea Subdistrict, Somdet District, Kalasin Province before the implementation, overall and in each aspect, were at a moderate level. After the implementation, overall and in each aspect, were at the highest level. comprehension of the implementation of a livable community by community leaders of Ban Khamin Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Pha Suea Subdistrict, Somdet District, Kalasin Province before and after the implementation was found to be significantly different at a statistical level of 0.05. After the comprehension of the implementation of a livable community by community leaders of Ban Khamin Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Pha Suea Subdistrict, Somdet District, Kalasin Province, the average score was higher than before the implementation.
