Model of village health volunteers potential development in operating health management sub-districts, Somdet District, Kalasin Province.

Abstract

      This study was action research on the potential model of village health volunteers in the operation of health management sub-districts, Somdet District, Kalasin Province. The objectives are to study the understanding of the operation of health management sub-districts and to study the potential model of village health volunteers in the operation of health management sub-districts, Somdet District, Kalasin Province. The study period is between September 2024 and December 2024, a total of 4 months. Data is collected from questionnaires and medical records. Data are analyzed by content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Dependent t-test.
     The results of the study found that the understanding of the operation of the health management sub-district of the village health volunteers in Samdet District, Kalasin Province before the operation, overall and in each aspect, was at a moderate level. After the operation, overall and in each aspect, it was at the highest level. The comparison of the level of understanding of the operation of the health management sub-district of the village health volunteers in Samdet District, Kalasin Province before and after the operation found that there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. After the operation, the level of understanding of the operation of the health management sub-district of the village health volunteers in Samdet District, Kalasin Province had a higher average score than before the operation.
