The study of the development model of nursing practice guidelines for the care of patients with sepsis at Tha Khantho Hospital, Kalasin Province aimed to study the situation of patients with sepsis and study nursing practice guidelines for the care of patients with sepsis at Tha Khantho Hospital, Kalasin Province. This was an action research. The sample group included 4 patients with sepsis at Tha Khantho Hospital, Kalasin Province, between November and December 2024, a total of 2 months. Data were collected from medical records and analyzed using content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the study found that after the development of nursing practice guidelines for the care of patients with sepsis at Tha Khantho Hospital, Kalasin Province, it was found that the number of patients with sepsis at Tha Khantho Hospital, Kalasin Province, found that there were 4 patients with sepsis and D/C 100.0 percent. The indicators related to patients with sepsis at Tha Khantho Hospital, Kalasin Province, found that in 2024, it did not pass the criteria for both indicators. Passed 2 indicators.
