The results of the development of the revenue collection management process for the PP Fee Schedule in Kalasin Province.

This study is an action research that aims to investigate the current situation, develop the management process, and compare the outcomes of revenue collection under the PP Fee Schedule system in Kalasin Province. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including percentage and frequency, as well as inferential statistics such as the Paired-Sample T-Test and the Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed Rank Test. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis.
The research findings revealed that, following the process development, all healthcare service units were able to increase the number of services provided. The highest improvement was observed at Kalasin Hospital, with a 100.0% increase. An analysis of the differences in the revenue collection management process under the PP Fee Schedule system, before and after the intervention, showed a statistically significant increase in both service provision and frequency at the 0.05 significance level.
