Nursing care for diabetic patients: 2 case studies at Sam Phong Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital Sri Songkhram District, Nakhon Phanom Province

The purpose of this 2 case study was to study the results of nurses in diabetic patients, two case studies. The tools used include 1) a data recording form from a patient's medical record, 2) an interview, 3) behavioral observation, and 4) a nursing record form. Using concepts from Gordon's 11 health plans. Don collects data, including statistical studies of diabetic patients. Research documents and related research, coordination, contacting the nurse in charge of the diabetes clinic, Assessment of patient condition, Education according to the nursing process, and following the nursing process.
The results of the study found that both patients had an understanding of diabetes. and increased health There is a change in food consumption behavior. Exercise in a better way. Blood sugar levels decrease, and blood pressure can be controlled better. Symptoms of stress and anxiety decrease from receiving counseling. Patients tend to reduce smoking and drinking alcohol or can stop such behaviors. The results of the two diabetes treatments were different. Patient 1 is likely to have better disease control because he cooperates in changing health behaviors. While the second patient still had problems adjusting. and have risky behavior. This may lead to complications in the future.
