Results: Thai female birth 21 years old G2P1A0L1 40+2 weeks pregnant with labor pain. No water walking, no hard stomach. No bloody mucus, the baby squirmed well 1 hour before coming to the hospital at 14.50 hrs. blood pressure 185/110 mmHg. After receiving hydralazine 10% MgSO4 at 3:50 p.m., blood pressure was measured repeatedly at 155/96. mmHg The patient had severe labor pain, the pain score was 8 points, wanted to be born at 4:05 p.m. after a 15-minute rest, and the blood pressure was measured at 134/87 mmHg at 4:15 p.m. Weight 2,670 grams, 30 minutes after birth, no placental detachment sign, both uterine sign and vulva sign, the placenta was found to be tightly attached and bleeding from the vagina continuously, blood was found in a 200 ml blood measuring bag, and the mother's blood pressure after birth was measured. 170/107 mmHg, the placenta was not delivered, the doctor performed a placental removal. At 4:55 p.m., the weight of the placenta was 875 grams. Normal appearance: soft uterus, continuous uterine roll age, total blood volume in the blood sac 700 ml, vital signs were assessed every 15 minutes for 2 hours in combination with uterine stenosis. Normal symptoms can be moved to the postpartum building.
