The Promotion of using utilization of Tiliacora triandra (Colebr.) Diels. in Ban WangMai, Nakha Sub-district, Wapi Pathum District, Maha Sarakham Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study state of the utilization of Tiliacora triandra (Colebr.) Diels.
and to study and compared knowledge and attitudes before and after promotion the utilization of
Tiliacora triandra (Colebr.) Diels. The sample were 30 people of Ban Wang Mai villagers, selected by the
use of voluntary attended promotion courses. The instruments used to collected data included,
promotion handbook, brochures, questionnaires about knowledge and attitude. The statistics used for
data were analyzed by a frequency, a percentage, a mean, a standard deviation and for testing
hypotheses the paired t – test. The results showed that people taked advantage from Tiliacora triandra
(Colebr.) that they grown over than collected from the wild. The most utilization from Tiliacora triandra
(Colebr.) Diels to cook. Before promotion people had Knowledge score at medium level and after
promotion had Knowledge score at high level. When compaired mean score between before and after
indicated that people had knowledge score after taller than before significant at the .05. Before promotion
people had attitude score had at agree level and attitude after promotion is at agree level. When
compaired mean score between before and after indicated that people had attitude score after more
than before significant at the .05.
