SOCIAL SUPPORT AFFECTING CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING SERVICE ON WOMEN IN UMMAO SUBDISTRICT YANGTALAD DISTRICT KALASIN PROVINCE

The study was action research aimed to studied effect of participatory process and social support
for cervical cancer screening service on women in Ummao Subdistrict Yangtalad District Kalasin Province.
Sample size were 314 target audience of cervical cancer screening. Tools used include even tools of
cervical cancer screening by participatory process and social support the study is divided into 4 phases
namely survey and analyze target groups , plan and set guidelines , plan implementation Follow up and
evaluate the award. Data were collaged by interview and analyzed by frequency percentile mean
standard deviation and find the value of correlation by chi square at 0.05 confidence level.
The results of this research as follows: 1. There were no significance of the cervical cancer screening
and social support among with personal characteristics level different age, education level, occupational,
income, marital status, married the first age and to were pregnancy but the history of venereal disease
was significant level 0.05. The correlation among with social support affecting cervical cancer screening
service on women; emotional support, appraisal support, information support and instrumental support
were significance at level 0.05
2. Planning and set guidelines cervical cancer screening operation by participatory of party network
finding had analysis and set guidelines of problem solving by stakeholder namely potential development
of Public Health Volunteers , raising the awareness of target women , Health education , campaign for
cervical cancer screening , cervical cancer screening clinic , reward incentives , prompting and restoring
