Model of management follow the development policy of quality of life and district health system Muang district Ubon Ratchathani province.

Abstract

This study Apply the concept of action research Include plan , act , observe and reflect
of Kemmis and McTaggart. Aimed to model of area level management follow the
development policy of quality of life and district health system Muang district Ubon
Ratchathani province. Select target group were 50 stakeholder of development policy of quality of life and district health system Muang district Ubon Ratchathani province. Data were
collected between January to September 2017 by context study , focus group , In-depth
interview , participant observation , lesson learned and questionnaire. Data were analyzed by
frequency , mean , standard deviation , t- test and content analysis.
The study indicated that area level management process follow district health system
policy divided into 9 steps namely 1) Study the context of the area 2) Discussion meeting 3)
return information to the problem area 4) Workshop 5) Assignment of Responsible
Responsibilities 6) Follow the schedule 7) Monitoring and Evaluation 8) Organize the
exchange of learning 9) Take the lesson. That process as a result the target audience had an
average score of knowledge , participatory level and satisfaction level increase statistical
significance at .05 level(p<0.05). and result of district health system development past
criteria were level 4 or much level.
