Abstract

This research was Participatory Action Research (PAR) aimed to studied participatory of
people to health management by age group. Sample size were Nonsaad M.2 amount 146
households 627 person. Tools of studied were participatory process and UCCARE concept.
And data were collected by in-depth interview. Data analyzed by content analysis.
The study indicated that 1) Education : Committee various aspects of Nonsaad people
by age group had lecture , practice training , planning , monitoring and evaluation. That
knowledge to solve the health problems of each age group had difference by problem
finding. When knowledge and problem meet exactly therefore collaboration in applying
correctly. Good results of Care recipients healthy had health status were better. 2) Participatory : Community had operation planning together , monitoring , evaluation ,
network worthiness therefore action participatory. There was a community stage , group
meeting , operation training , counseling system. There was community learning together to
solve. Community had comprehension of self-role then join and cooperation to continue the
activity by context. 3) Management : Applying UCCARE concept and health management by
age group were important process of project management systematically and step by step.
Strong team had knowledge , comprehensive toward target and solving guideline clearly. In
addition environment arrangement encourage to change community behavior. Should use
something useful in community , social capital join to activity.
