NCD program development for monitoring and treatment of diabetes and hypertension desease Kalasin Province

Abstract

This research was action research investigated to NCD program development for monitoring
and treatment of diabetes and hypertension desease Kalasin Province. Smple size were 15
NCD Responsible person data based development since primary unit to secondary and
tertiary unit. Data based development from HosXP programe and HosXP PCU programe and
JHCIS programe in Sub-district Health Promoting Hospital between October 2014 – March
2016. Data were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive statistic.
The study indicated that 1) NCD Template , KPI Current followed Medical Practice of control
prevention and treatment diabetes and hypertension desease and consistent 97 MOPH
Indicators. 2) Data processing command program (Structure Query Language) by Template
Indicators. 3) System installation NCD programe were complete and had admin could
processed as an information system inform province , district and sub-district bring to
compare , Directed Performance and plan.
