Abstract

This research was research and development research) aiming at assessment of a
model on changing health behavior development in metabolic risk group. Sample sizes were
36 health officers in Districts level and Tumbon level and 40 person with metabolic risk.
Used group process for synthesis of health behavior model and data were corrected by
questionnaire. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and percentage. Result ; 1)
After activities synthesis in model had knowledge activities in changing health behavior model were 4 base 10 person Metabolic risk per base because of easily to give oneself up to
experts. And result of model finding after changing health behavior model mean of
knowledge about Metabolic disease and practice of risk group to increase from 59.8 % to
82.1%. Efficiencies index of changing health behavior model about .2479. And mean of
knowledge about Metabolic disease and practice of risk group to increase from before had
significant at .05 level. 2) Total and aspect practice of risk group before changing health
behavior model were middle level. Total and aspect practice of risk group after changing
health behavior model were middle level except sanitary aspect and health self aspect were
in much level. But mean of Total and aspect practice of risk group after changing health
behavior to increase from before had significant at .05 level. 3) Behavior of metabolic risk
group after project in 6 , 13 and 20 month Total and aspect were much level except food
aspect and exercise aspect were middle level.
