Effectiveness of Development of A Care Model of Stroke patients at Home

Abstract

This research was qua-si experiment aimed to studied effectiveness of stroke patients health
care model development at home to ADL and complications. Sample size were 30 stroke patients by
purposive selection. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistic ,
Mann whitney- U test and Chi-square test.
Result : after D/C 1 month experiment group had ADL score higher more than control group had
statistic significant at .05 level(P<.05). Both sample size no complications and no infection in urinary
system. And in experiment group not found bedsore but control group had bedsore 6 persons which
difference had statistic significant at .05 level(P<.05).
