province, Thailand. Seventy six term pregnant were divided into the experimental and the
control groups, each of 36 pregnant. In control group were measured bleeding by use a jug

bleeding by use “Alert safety bag” , that ourselves developed and cooperated with Alert
PPH CPG as in the control group. Data were collected by nurses in delivery room, the record
of early postpartum hemorrhage and the satisfaction assessment form. Analyzed data with
descriptive statistics by percentage, frequency and inferential statistics by independent t-test
. The findings showed that , using measures the blood by “Alert safety bag” cooperate
with Alert PPH CPG can help in diagnosing and treatment postpartum hemorrhage condition
faster and be in time. Estimated blood loss by using measures the blood with “Alert safety
bag” was significantly more than using jug measures ( P<0.05) and no referral cases. Length
of stay in the maternal postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was 2±0.00 day
shorter than 2.66±0.32 day in control group. The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the
experimental group less than the controls groups ( 5.26 % and 7.89 %). Satisfied for using
“Alert safety bag” was 100 %
The results suggested that we should use “Alert safety bag” for everyone delivery
because we can measure the blood with more accurated , and together with follow alert
PPH CPG. When blood quantity has arrived at 300 cc. in bag.
