Abstract

This study Is research for development for objective to develop community
guidelines for prevention Control of Dengue Fever By the participation of " worth the
household " and the technique "to assess the prevalence of Aedes mosquito larvae" and
also the evaluation of the use of the developed guidelines Select specific study are as
according to the work context of the researcher. The sample group consisted of 70
household heads or representatives, 70 households. By using a questionnaire Knowledge
quiz Interview to assess participation Satisfaction assessment form and information from
small group meetings .Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as percentage and
T-test statistics. Qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. Conducted research
during March - December 2018. The results showed that community practices, prevention
and control of Dengue Fever by using the participation of the "household worth" and the
technique "Assessing the prevalence of Aedes mosquito larvae" that has been developed,
consisting of agreements and procedures .Which covers both the definition of clear
objectives together Coordination for all sectors to participate in the operation giving . Each

clearly, promote ,coordinate a meeting to exchange knowledge at the level of "household
worth". Each household has a plan for guidelines methods of operation together within the
value to have each household's worth, the Health Department should appoint at least 2
