This research was action research by Road Traffic Injury (RTI) model development by participatory network used Appreciation Influence Control Technique ( A-I-C). Studied duration Between 20 October 2018 - 15 May 2019. Sample size were 76 persons specify a sample of 10 percent of the population with Stratified Random Sampling in the district and sub-district agencies. Data were collected by interview and questionnaire. Data were analyzed by frequency , percentage , mean , standard deviation , maximum , minimum and t-test.
The results showed that with ongoing evaluation by establishing a system to monitor the operations of the district. And create incentives for working in the area and honor organizations. By giving a plaque of honor at the ministry level For districts that have passed the excellent assessment criteria. Performance section Found that the rate of road accidents decreased. The participation of the road injury prevention network was at the highest level. And the satisfaction of the road injury prevention network towards the development of the form of road injury prevention operation was at the highest level.
