The development of the internal control system of Naklang Hospital

Abstract

     This research aimed to 1) to study the level of opinions of staff at Nadine Fang Hospital on the development of the Nathan Hospital control system 2) to study the level of opinions of staff in the hospital. In the Fang swamp towards The development of supervision system of Nadi Hospital, training, education and management of the work of the department in this study was the staff of the Nadi Hospital. Lom Sak District, Nakhon Pathom Province, 147 people used for data collection were statistics. The data were analyzed by using percentage and scientific values, rent determination, normal deviation (SD) determination, independent samples, t-test and F-test (Analysis of Variance: ANOVA).

     The results of the research were as follows: 1) The study of the development of the internal control system of Nadisang Hospital, Nadam District, Lam Luk Ka Province, found that the total quarantine was at a high level. The internal control was not different in the Nadine Fang Hospital, where the educational process and different stages had a statistically significant difference in internal control
development at 0.05 level.
