Development model of health literacy and health behavior according to the National Health Act among students of Municipal School 4 Chalermprakiet, Muang District, Kalasin Province.

This research was action research aimed to study health literacy Health behavior according to the National Health Act and the development model of health literacy and health behavior according to the National Health Code in students of Municipal School 4 Chalermprakiet, Muang District, Kalasin Province. Sample size were 80 students in Prathomsuksa 5 and 6 at Municipal School 4 Chalermprakiat, Muang District, Kalasin Province. Data were collected by questionnaires data analysis by Descriptive Statistics, including frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, inferential statistics by setting a significance level at 0.05 and Content Analysis.
The study found that Health literacy and health behavior according to the National Health Act. Municipal School 4 Chalermprakiet, Muang District, Kalasin Province Before and after data access, communication, self-management and media literacy were found to be significantly different at the .05 level. After the operation, the average score was higher, and the knowledge and understanding of the principles of compliance with the National Code of Conduct found that overall, 90.3 percent. at a high level decision making for good health according to the National Hygiene Code, found that overall 79.3%
