This research is a survey research with retrospective study. The objectives were to study the factors and The effect of nursing practice guidelines for the prevention of early postpartum hemorrhage in the delivery room Bangpakong Hospital.the method of study by collect information from medical records be used to answer the questionnaire created by the researcher.The research sample consisted of medical records of pregnant women who gave birth in Bangpakong Hospital. and were diagnosed with all
postpartum hemorrhage from 2016-2020, a total of 5 years, by simple randomization of 139 people. The research instruments were a data collection that Hemorrhage in the Postpartum Hemorrhage Prevention Nursing Guideline, Bangpakong Hospital.The Index of Item Objective Congruence for the whole issue was 0.98. Statistics employed in the research were the percentage content analysis and nonparametric, i.e. chai square.
