The study Incentives affecting to performance of village health volunteers in the control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Khlong Luang District Pathum. Aimed to studied personal attributes, The level of motivation for the performance of the village health volunteers, relationship of motivation with performance, and studied the factors affecting the performance of village health volunteers to control of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) Khlong Luang District Pathum Thani Province. There was survey research. Data were collected by questionnaires. Sample size were 340 village public health volunteers for the control of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Khlong Luang District. Pathum Thani Province. Statistics in the results analysis were descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. quantitative data analysis The statistical values for the difference test were t – test and F – Test. The mean difference was tested individually by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test and the Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that status, monthly average income, position in the community, operational period and receiving training/reviving knowledge about COVID-19 The effect on the performance of village health volunteers in the control of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is different. The motivation that affects the work performance is the cost of interpersonal relations in terms of operating conditions Security in operation Follow-up supervision influencing the performance of public health volunteers.
